National Rewards Group Inc (NRG) supports remuneration and HR professionals in the manufacturing, resources and energy / infrastructure sectors in Australia.

NRG was established to foster the development of Human Resources practices in Australia and the surrounding region by keeping members up to date with contemporary HR management and remuneration issues. We prepare remuneration surveys and research to help keep our members informed and we hold an annual conference to provide valuable networking and meeting opportunities for members.

As an incorporated non-profit association, NRG is managed by its members. We encourage self-help and direct interaction between members, while supporting their activities with conferences and professionally-produced surveys.
