Privacy Policy

NRG's privacy policies cover two areas - the security and privacy of your contact details and the security of remuneration data submitted to the remuneration surveys.

As a networking association for HR professionals, NRG shares your contact details with other NRG members. Your details are not released to other organisations or third parties except where necessary to facilitate our remuneration surveys and conference organisation.  Contractors involved in those areas are bound to observe the same strict privacy policies as NRG.

The NRG salary surveys collect individual employees' remuneration details, which are the property of member companies.  We take the security and confidentiality of each member company's remuneration data extremely seriously and we have policies and practices in place to ensure that member data is never exposed to unauthorised people or organisations.
